The Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) is a quality assurance program developed by the Pharmacy Guild of Australia. The Quality Care Program raises the standard of pharmacies across Australia to improve health outcomes and ensure the highest level of professional service and customer care.
We are QCPP accredited and have been since just after its opening in 2013, with reaccreditation due in late 2015. This gives you the reassurance that every time you interact with us, we are conducting ourselves with the highest level of professionalism and care. You can be guaranteed of more contact with a pharmacist and well informed pharmacy assistants.
