Emergency Cyanide Antidote Kits (for Institutional Use Only)

Southwest Hospital Pharmacy can supply Cyanokit® (hydroxocobalamin for injection) to approved organisations, hospitals, emergency services, and industrial sites that require cyanide antidote kits as part of their emergency response protocols.

Cyanokit® is intended for use by trained medical or emergency personnel in the treatment of known or suspected cyanide poisoning. It is not available for general retail sale or direct-to-consumer purchase.
